INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Small bananas / or 1 & ½ cups of raspberries
- (Bananas do go a bit brown if you’re making for more than one day)
- 4 free range eggs
- 1/3cup whole meal flour
METHOD:
- In a bowl whisk the egg and mash the banana and flour together to make a smooth consistency
- Spray olive oil spray in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add spoonful’s of the mixture to the pan cook for around 1minute each side.
- 1 serve is 2 pancakes
** You can add in other ingredients inside pancakes e.g. blueberries, choco chips etc.
